PALM SPRINGS / VALLEY LIFE

As a native of Los Angeles, I spent many holidays and weekends with my family vacationing here in the desert. Much of my immediate and extended family has made the desert their home, and it is truly a special place. Over the years I have seen the desert grow from a small winter community to a thriving year-round residential area. The Valley continues to be special to me and in my opinion it is the best place to live, work and play. I am proud to be able to play a small part in helping other people find their special spot in the desert.

PERSONALLY SPEAKING

I joined Windermere after a successful career in training, sales, and marketing. Early in my career in sales and marketing I joined Xerox and worked both in the United States and in Europe. After returning to the US, I became involved with sales and customer service training. For 6 years I was especially privileged to work with the Ritz-Carlton Learning Institute, as a trainer and national speaker. I have extensive experience working with leaders and employees of large corporations to help them develop a culture and process focused on customer service excellence. This commitment to excellence has become a passion with me and is now a focus in my real estate business. Listening to my clients, attention to detail, hard work and expert knowledge in all aspects of real estate are what I believe make the difference between a client being satisfied and one that is loyal. My goal is to exceed my client’s expectations.

I raised my two children in Spokane, Washington, who are now grown. For the past three years I have been a full-time resident of Palm Desert and am well acquainted with all types of residential and vacation properties in the Coachella Valley.
