Selecting a Home Inspector
A professional inspector will inspect all major systems of the property, such as the HVAC, electrical, roof, and the general condition of the property. A report will be prepared that will list items that have been inspected and any items that are in need of repair or may require additional inspections by a specialiest.
In California, there are no licensing laws for home inspectors. However, there are several state and national home inspection organization that qualified home inspectors join. Some of these organizations require their members show proficiency in inspection technique.
